Composition and Applications:
The product is formulated using thermoplastic acrylic resin, modified resin, pigments, auxiliary agents and solvents. It is suitable for auto refinishing, coating on mechanical parts, timer or ABS plastics, and other applications.
Property:
The coating is fast air dried, strongly adhesive, resistant to impulse, tenacious, and has better color and luster retention and resistance to moisture and heat than products in the same class.
Reference Usage:
1. The surface to be coated should be cleared off oil stains and rust stains. Phosphate treatment and application of primer are suggested.
2. Stir and mix the paint thoroughly into an even mixture. Adjust the viscosity to 15-18s using thinning agents. Spray after filtration. 3. The coating will air dry in 1-2 hours, or dry by baking at 60-80 °C for 20-30min. Baking at 60 °C for 30min is suggested. Storage Life:
The storage life is 12 months.(6 months for aluminium powder paint. pearlescent paint), Beyond that, if the product passes spraying inspection, it can still be used.
