Composition and Applications:
The product is formulated using heat-cured acrylic resin, amino resin, pigments, auxiliary agents and solvent. It is applicable for the hull painting on automobiles, bicycles, sewing machine, electric fans, and other mechanical parts.
Property:
The resultant coating is shiny, plush, high in adhesion, resistant to impulse, tenacious, good in luster and color retention, and good in resistance to moisture and heat.
Reference Usage:
1. The surface to be coated should be cleared off oil stains and rust stains. Phosphate treatment and electrophoretic coating are suggested.
2. Stir and mix the paint thoroughly into an even mixture. Adjust the viscosity to 15-25s using thinning agents. Spray after filtration. If using electrostatic spray, the resistance should be controlled within 10-20M Ω/cm. 3. Air dry for 10-20min, or baking at 140-160 °C for 20-30min. Baking at 120 °C for 60min is suggested. Storage Life:
The storage life is 12 months (6 months for metallic paints). Beyond that, if the product passes inspection, it can still be used.
